No. There are three packages only: Starter, Standard, and Premium. If your hostel is NHAP registered, the NHAP member discount is applied automatically when you subscribe to any of those packages.
Yes. Hostel and resident data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with role-based access for owners, staff, and hostelites.
Yes. Buy or extend any plan mid-term from Subscription in the owner console. New days are added to your current expiry. No refunds on unused time.
